On June 14, chef Pushkar Marathe will welcome four of South Florida’s preeminent female chefs for a one-night-only dinner at Stage Kitchen & Bar in Palm Beach Gardens. Chef Marathe will cook alongside Lindsay Autry of The Regional in West Palm Beach and Honeybelle at PGA National Resort; Carissa DaSilva, executive pastry chef of the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa; and Paula DaSilva and Adrienne Grenier, executive chef and chef de cuisine, respectively, of The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale’s Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits.
Each chef will be responsible for one of five courses that showcase his or her point of view. The dinner is priced at $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and includes a welcome cocktail and passed appetizers in addition to the seated five-course meal. Wine and cocktails will be offered à la carte. The evening’s welcome reception begins at 6 p.m., with dinner at 7 p.m. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.
