The Cultural Council of Palm Beach County will play host to the exhibit “15 Surfboards by 15 Shapers” until Jan. 21. West Palm Beach-based photojournalist Tony Arruza will display one-of-a-kind photos on surfboards made by professional surfboard hand-crafters and makers from around the world.
