Smoked Fall Fashioned

Sweet and smoky notes hit the senses in this fall sip, made with Bhakta 27-07 Brandy, an aged Calvados and Armagnac blend, and a fall syrup with nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, cloves, and orange zest. The cocktail is finished with orange and Angostura bitters, garnished with an orange swath and cinnamon stick, and smoked with wood chips.

Apple of My Eye

In a nod to the seasonal fruit, this apple cocktail combines CranApple Vodka, red apple liquor, lemon, and grapefruit juice, with cinnamon vanilla syrup. A dehydrated cinnamon sugared apple and lightly torched rosemary sprig add a festive touch.

Bourbon and Hay-Roasted Oysters

This seasonal seafood delight is topped with a Tasso ham, brown butter, and cornbread mixture, and roasted on top of hay for an earthy flavor.
