Here’s some exciting news for all the Palm Beach foodies out there: West Palm Beach’s Avocado Grill recently opened its second location in Palm Beach Gardens.
The restaurant is located in Downtown at the Gardens and is nicknamed AG2. It’s a 4,200-square-foot space that holds 140 people, with high ceilings and front doors that open entirely to the outdoor dining area.
For right now, only dinner will be served seven days a week. The bar will open at 4 p.m. for happy hour, with dinner services available from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays. Extended hours to 11 p.m. will be offered on Fridays and Saturdays.
AG2’s menu will offer many of the same items from the flagship location, as well as new ones such as seared scallops with Thai basil; stuffed crispy zucchini blossoms with goat cheese, walnuts, mint and tomato jam; and blow torch salmon with cucumber, jicama, mango and charred green onion sauce.
Libations will include the avocado margarita with Maestro Dobel tequila, Cointreau, fresh avocado, lime juice, agave syrup and house-made sour mix, as well as the kiwi basil mojito, which is mixed with Bacardi Superior rum, fresh kiwi, agave, basil, lime juice and a splash of soda.
AG2 will soon offer weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as lunch Mondays through Fridays.
