Guests can indulge in slow-cooked bourbon-braised short ribs ($60), served with bourbon bordelaise, sweet onion puree, and herb-roasted steak fries. For an extra bourbon fix, the savory dish pairs perfectly with one of 1000 North’s two bourbon flights.
The first flight option ($30) features one-ounce pours of Elijah Craig’s Small Batch Bourbon, Buffalo Trace, and Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The second flight option ($45) boasts one-ounce pours Willett Reserve Wheated Small Batch Pot Still, Barrell Bourbon Batch #30, and Joseph Magnus Triple Cask.
