The 1860 Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse is our area’s most treasured landmark. Today, the nationally award-winning Loxahatchee River Historical Society funds all operations and preservation at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, providing daily guided tours to visitors from around the world. Offering educational programs for all ages and showcasing the restored 1940 History Museum, 1892 Tindall Pioneer Homestead and 1920s Keeper’s Workshop. The Society’s mission is preserving and interpreting the dynamic 5,000 year-old cultural & natural heritage of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Loxahatchee River Region.
