National Bourbon Heritage Month is on the horizon! From September 1-30, bourbon enthusiasts can enjoy special American bourbon-inspired food and drinks at 1000 North in Jupiter.

Savor the coffee-rubbed bison short rib ($58), served with a bourbon soubise sauce, caramelized onions, smoked beets, crispy enoki mushrooms, and pistachio croutons, then finished with a lingonberry demi-glace. Pair the dish rib with 1000 North’s Bourbon Flight ($30), featuring one ounce pours of Blade and Bow, Jefferson’s Tropics Aged in Humidity, and Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch.

In addition to the flight, indulge in The Cooper cocktail ($20), crafted with Barrell Bourbon Cask Finish Series: Tale of Two Islands.

With the purchase of either the Bourbon Flight or The Cooper, guests will be entered in a raffle contest. On October 1, a winner will be selected to bring a group of four to an Old Fashioned cocktail-making class. The class will be held in the exclusive member’s lounge in October.
