Ordering in has become the new norm—and thankfully, takeout doesn’t have to mean pushing aside your food philosophy. Jupiter’s 1000 North recently launched a health-conscious menu, making it simple to follow a gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, or paleo lifestyle. “You will find dishes that are just as interesting, flavorful, and beautifully presented on our health-conscious menu as on our regular menu,” says Lee Morris, the restaurant’s general manager and culinary director. Keto fans will swoon over the yellowedge grouper with squash confit and strawberry vierge. Superior Farms grilled rack of lamb with romesco sauce and charred broccolini is perfect for the paleo palate, while the spinach and kale risotto is sure to satisfy vegans. 1000 North offers curbside (and dockside) pickup daily from noon to 7 p.m., plus 25 percent off bottles of wine and gift cards.

As of Monday, May 18, 1000 North’s dining room is open to guests to enjoy their meals in-house, in addition to their curbside and dockside takeout offerings. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, for lunch from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday for brunch/lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and for dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
