Coolinary Unveils Memorial Day To-Go Menu

Chef Tim Lipman and his team will fire up the smoker and put their stamp on barbecue favorites for the holiday weekend

The team behind Coolinary and The Parched Pig in Palm Beach Gardens will offer an à la carte menu of Memorial Day favorites and a summer-inspired cocktail to fuel the holiday fun.

For the main event, select between a whole smoked chicken with honey mustard barbecue sauce ($25) and smoked pork spare ribs with sweet barbecue sauce ($35), which both feed four to five guests. To accompany, the kitchen will prepare sides like a sweet potato salad, made with mustard, sour cream, and celery seed ($45); baked macaroni and cheese with smoke gouda and pretzel crumb ($50); and lemon kale slaw, bursting with golden raisins, sunflower seeds, and a honey dressing ($40). All sides feed eight to 10 guests.

For a sweet finish, indulge in chocolate peanut butter cup brownies for up to 10 people, made with miniature chocolate chips and peanut butter glaze ($35). Wash the delectable meal down with the Summer Sandîa Cocktail, crafted with muddled watermelon, mezcal, tequila, apricot, cane sugar, and citrus ($15).

Orders can be placed online via Toast by May 23 for pick up on May 27,  between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
