Linda Gordon is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program and Doctor of Nursing Practice. She has practiced with the leading cardiologists in Pittsburgh for 30 years at Allegheny General Hospital and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). This provided a strong background in acute care and risk reduction for cardiovascular disease.
Gordon recognized the need for education on women’s wellness and heart disease and developed the Red Dress Fashion Show in Pittsburgh. She received awards from the American Heart Association for her work on women and heart disease and was also awarded the Mary Ann Scully Excellence in Nursing Award from the American Heart Association in 2011. With these recognitions, her passion continued to grow.
Linda’s DNP was focused on women and depression, which led to an interest in women’s overall health. For the past 12 years, she has focused on facial esthetics and intimate wellness with an emphasis on beauty from the inside and outside. Her interests include injectables, lasers, threads, body contouring, and skin care. She is currently educating new injectors as a faculty member with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Linda continues to attend courses and advance her knowledge in the aesthetic world. She considers herself a life-long student.
