Ken Winnard, MD

Dr. Ken Winnard is an internal medicine trained physician with a background as a hospitalist. During his time working in the hospital, Dr. Winnard saw thousands of patients diagnosed with chronic disease. The patients often had little education about how their health got to its current state or what to do next. This led Dr. Winnard to uncover his true passion—patient education and prevention.

“I saw so many patients with illnesses that could have been prevented with proper education,” Dr. Winnard says, “I knew that to truly serve my patients and make an impact, I needed to make a change.”

Dr. Winnard founded OneLife Health & Performance, a preventative and aesthetic medicine practice, in 2019. He creates individualized care plans and helps patients achieve life-changing results with the use of lifestyle modifications, nutrition guidance, hormone balancing, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and more.

“The best part about preventative medicine is that the potential patient base is so wide,” Dr. Winnard says, “Our patients range from grandparents to professional athletes,
even to 18-year-olds wanting to get on a good health plan before leaving for college. It feels so fulfilling to be practicing in a space that can help so many people live a better quality of life in the short and long term.”

Dr. Winnard is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Medical Spa Association, regularly speaking at conferences and trainings
nationwide.

Born and raised in Jupiter, Dr. Winnard is proud to still call it home with his wife, Tiffany, and to serve the community he loves.
