Dr. Olayemi Osiyemi is the founder and medical director of Fantastic Wellness Center Medical Spa. The wellness center offers anti-aging, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, IV infusion, body contouring, fillers, and Botox. Dr. Osiyemi is the principal investigator at Triple O Research Institute, where he conducts several clinical trials, including COVID treatment and prevention. He also provides concierge infectious disease management at Triple O Medical services. He serves on the governing board of St. Mary’s Medical Center. Dr. Jose Menajovsky, a board-certified infectious disease physician, is a partner at Triple O Medical Services and serves as the chairman of pharmacy and therapeutics at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He is also a sub-Investigator at Triple O Research Institute.
