Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, the home of relaxation, luxury vacations and culinary delight, recently appointed David Viviano as its new executive chef.
Viviano has more than 20 years of experience at fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels. He will oversee all culinary operations at Eau Palm Beach, including fine dining room Angle, alfresco eatery Breeze Ocean Kitchen, Temple Orange Mediterranean Bistro, Stir Bar & Lounge, in-room dining and social events.
Viviano recently served as executive chef at Montage Kapalua Bay in Maui, where he led a team of more than 40 associates, managing all culinary operations across the luxury resort. He has also served as the CheF&B at the St. Regis Aspen Resort & Spa.
