A new year signals the arrival of new dishes to enjoy at Beacon and Topside at the Beacon. Earlier this month, the Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street hotspots debuted five elevated plant-based dishes to temp taste buds.

Start the vegan meal with crispy chickpea fries, paired with a Sriracha aïoli and garnished with a hint of cilantro, or the roasted tomato bisque, finished with basil oil and complemented by roasted shishito peppers and herb-seasoned croutons.

For the main event, the smashed avocado stack features smashed avocado, sweety drop peppers, diced mango, and a sweet soy sauce drizzled on top of crispy rice. The veggie stir fry boasts a colorful medley of mushrooms, carrots, snap peas, and pepper relish, all enhanced by ginger, sweet soy, and delicate rice noodles. For a hearty plate, the cauliflower steak, cooked in a chili coffee-rubbed espresso wine reduction, does not disappoint.
