Just like that, another year has come and gone. While you review your 2018 resolutions and start planning to kick your 2019 ones into gear, don’t forget to plan how you’ll ring in the new year. Here are the top spots to celebrate New Year’s Eve in South Florida.

The Palm Beaches

Galley

If you’d like a fresh start to 2019, look no further than the farm-to-table cuisine at Galley in West Palm Beach. The restaurant will be offering a four-course prix-fixe menu with a plethora of dishes, from Maine lobster tail and blue crab bisque to wood-grilled beef tenderloin and shrimp salpicon. The evening will also include a live DJ, midnight Champagne toast by the poolside terrace under the stars. Reservations are required, so call 561-231-6100 to RSVP.

Café Centro

Northwood Village’s unique Italian restaurant, Café Centro, will be bringing in the new year with an extravagant celebration. Chef Jamie Steinbrecher has created a sumptuous four-course prix-fixe menu with festive new winter items. Alongside your feast, enjoy a night full of live music and entertainment starting at 10 p.m., including “Magic Moments” Gregg Jackson, Popeye Alexander, Tessie Porter and DJ Raul Delrosario. The first seating is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at $85 per person, and the late seating from 8 p.m. onward is $135 per person, which includes a Champagne toast.

Pistache French Bistro

Even though you’re far from Paris, ring in the new year as if you were in the City of Lights at Pistache French Bistro. The early seating begins at 6 p.m. and includes a three-course prix-fixe menu at $90 per person. The late seating and NYE party is $135 per person and offers a four-course prix-fixe, Champagne tower toast and midnight fireworks to kick off 2019. Live music starts at 7 p.m. and continues into the night.

Calaveras Cantina

If great food and better company are what you want to ring in the new year with, make your way to Calaveras Cantina on Dec. 31. The Jupiter Mexican restaurant will be offering first come, first served seating, with full food and drink menus all night, and it will have a live DJ from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. Enjoy the midnight fireworks show with your choice of free tequila or a Champagne toast. Boca Raton 

Death or Glory Miracle Pop-Up Bar

Spice up your New Year’s Eve with the Miracle pop-up bar at Death or Glory in Delray Beach. From 4 p.m. to midnight, you can choose from a seemingly never-ending array of cocktails to ring in the new year. Fancy a Christmopolitan or a Christmas Carol Barrel? What about a Snowball Old Fashioned or a Gingerbread Flip? If taking shots is more your style, you can choose between the Naughty and Nice shot, depending on how you were this year.

Tanzy

Ring in 2019 in style at Tanzy. The elegant Boca Raton Italian eatery will be offering a five-course tasting menu on New Year’s Eve for $95, which includes a complimentary glass of Champagne. From ossetra caviar and roasted beet and burrata to seared scallops and butter-poached lobster tail, all luxurious meal bases will be covered. For $35, you can add a wine pairing to your meal.

The Locale

The Locale in Boca is offering a three-course New Year’s Eve feast with a Champagne toast this New Year’s Eve during two seatings. For $69 per person, indulge in your choice of meals, from crab cakes, pork belly and red snapper, to beef roulade, braised short rib and coconut tres leches. The price also includes soft drinks. What more could one ask for out of a New Year’s celebration?

5 p.m. and 7 p.m.; The Locale, Boca Raton; $69

Boca Raton Marriott

Dinner, dancing and drinks – what better way is there to ring in the new year? The Boca Raton Marriott is having a New Year’s Eve celebration, and for $60 (which includes tax and gratuity), you receive a five-course prix-fixe menu, complimentary bottle of Champagne for two, complimentary party favors, a live DJ, and 20 percent off all alcoholic beverages with a dinner purchase. If you’d rather not drive home that night, receive a discounted room rate of $199 plus tax, with a promo code you get after your ticket purchase.

Fort Lauderdale

Burlock Coast

If you want to go all out this New Year’s Eve, look no further Burlock Coast Seafare and Spirits at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy a three-course feast and an open bar starting at $199 per person starting at 5:30 p.m. At $289 per person, you can enjoy a luxe five-course dinner starting at 9 p.m. Both seatings also offer Champagne bottle service, so you can pop bubbly all night long.

Lona Cocina y Tequileria

Kick off 2019 the Lona way, and bring your favorite people to the West Fort Lauderdale’s Lona Cocina y Tequileria. Chef Pablo Salas has created a special six-course tasting menu available in two different seatings, one at 8:30 p.m. and another at 9:30 p.m. Priced at $150 per person, the night also includes a midnight Champagne toast, party favors and live music from DJ Diego.

The Diplomat Beach Resort

The Diplomat Beach Resort has many NYE offerings for you to choose from, no matter what you’re in the mood for. The hotel’s boutique steakhouse, Diplomat Prime, is offering a prix-fixe menu with a Veuve Clicquot special, live jazz music and a midnight champagne toast and balloon drop. DUNE 

Fort Lauderdale’s newest oceanfront restaurant, DUNE, is offering lavish NYE sponsored by Moet Champagne. At $125 per person, the first seating is a four-course meal from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. If a five-course meal is more up your alley, you can enjoy an extra meal at the second seating for $175 per person from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. No matter the meal you choose to indulge in, you will enjoy a split of Moet Champagne and live entertainment with a band and DJ to help bring in 2019.

Bokamper’s 

Ring in the new year with stunning views of the Intracoastal.
