We all know that sinking feeling. The one you get when you purchase clothes online, wait for them to arrive and then… they don’t fit correctly. Cue the stress of finding time to go to the post office to return your items, and then the wait time to receive your refund.
Happy Returns at The Gardens Mall is making it easier to exchange and return your unwanted items. On July 20, the new concept will open, allowing online shoppers to bring their unwanted items from popular online brands to the return counter.
The concept allows shoppers to receive a faster refund, and then be able to head straight to the mall’s shops to find something they really want. The concierge desk at Happy Returns will assess the items, take care of the shipping and process the refunds.
It is a free service and customers will receive a $10 gift card to use on the same day at The Gardens Mall.
