1000 North will set the scene for a Memorial Day soiree May 26, from 4 to 8 p.m. Guests will enjoy an abbreviated dinner menu of Memorial Day-themed dishes and cocktails, a complimentary ice cream sundae bar, and live performances.
1000 North’s Memorial Day menu will feature a watermelon gazpacho ($22), blended with lobster, watermelon, tomato, and crème fraîche; 1000 North Prime burger ($26), with white cheddar, remoulade, and served with a side of truffle salt fries; tavern dog ($24), a wagyu beef hot dog prepared Chicago-style on a poppy seed bun; bourbon baby back ribs ($38), a half rack of ribs served with a side of truffle salt fries and coleslaw; and baked beans ($14), prepared with northern beans, brown sugar, and bacon.
Toast to the occasion with Memorial Day signature cocktails for $20, including the Red, White, and Blueberry and the All-American Old Fashioned.
Captain Randy, the Singing Soldier, and Mic McGann, the Crooning Cadet of the Officers and Gentlemen, will perform with Rhythm Chicks.
Children ages 8 and younger will eat for free. The Memorial Day menu will also be available for to-go and dockside service.
