Jupiter Irish Fest Returns to Abacoa Town Center

Ireland U.S. Experience Entertainment will present the fourth annual Jupiter Irish Fest at Abacoa Town Center in Jupiter March 9 and 10. Don green and bring the family to celebrate Irish culture with authentic food, drink, and live music.

Vertigo, a U2 Tribute band, will headline the festival, performing on Saturday at 8 p.m., while the Black Thorne Pipe Band and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Honor Guard will perform throughout the weekend. The Slane Castle Stage will feature performances by Rogue Theory Band, Killbillies, Niamh Agus Daithi, Tony Cunningham, and the Tir Na Greine Irish dancers.

Enjoy a taste of the Emerald Isle with traditional cuisine, including corned beef and cabbage, fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, Irish sausage sandwiches, and corned beef Reuben flatbreads. The Temple Bar will serve mixed drinks, wine, and beer, including Guinness, Harp, and Smithwick’s. In the Irish Whiskey Tasting Tent, enjoy pours of Cairlinn Bay, Jameson, and Powers.

During the festival, Ireland U.S. Experience will raffle off a trip for two to Ireland, with proceeds benefiting the Southeast Florida Honor Flight, a local organization that flies local World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials built to honor their service and sacrifices. Proceeds from a 50/50 cash raffle will benefit the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund. Firefighters on a Mission and the Rise FC Soccer Club will also sell raffle tickets.
