Chef Tommy Nevill has created an aptly named Sweetheart Menu for Valentine's Day, available Friday, Feb. 14 and Saturday, Feb. 15. To start off, take your pick between a III Forks salad or lobster bisque. Surf and turf awaits as the main entrée with two six-ounce filets mignon and two six-ounce cold water lobster tails with whipped potatoes, off-the-cob cream corn, vine-ripened tomatoes and spring onions.
The night winds down with a chocolate ganache cake with decadent chocolate ice cream and housemade chocolate mousse. Pair your dinner with the night's featured wine selections, including a Conundrum Wine Blend at $15 per glass, $46 per bottle; Justin Cabernet Sauvignon at $19 per glass, $69 per bottle; and Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs at $96 per bottle.

Keep your options open this Valentine's Day with a delicious prix fixe menu from Scusi Trattoria. For $75, start off with an amuse-bouche of calabrian chili aioli, followed by three courses of primi, secondi and dessert options. For an additional $30, add wine pairings to each course for an additional $30. For the primi course, options include, but are not limited to, burrata with chilled arrabbiata, cherry tomatoes, basil and filone; roasted red beet risotto; and Maine lobster salad, with the option of a frecciarossa "margherita" pinot nero rosé.
Secondi options include wood-baked branzino al limone with spinach and mushrooms; pappardelle lamb ragu with mint and fava beans; and an eight-ounce filet mignon marsala with hen of the wood mushrooms, parmesan polenta and rosemary crust, with the option of a chasing lions cabernet sauvignon pairing. Lastly, finish the night with a "molten" red velvet cake budino with fior di latte gelato or panettone flan with gianduja chocolate and tutti fruitti, with a vietti moscato.

The sister restaurants are serving up their iconic a la carte menu for Valentine’s Day, and whether you're in Palm Beach County or Broward, you don't want to miss it. On both Feb. 14 and 15, with the purchase of a specialty roll, a selection of sashimi and/or sushi, or an entrée, women will receive a complimentary long-stemmed red rose and every diner will receive a complimentary Godiva chocolate box with four gourmet chocolates.
Favorites on the a la carte menu include, but are not limited to, the Valentine Roll, a heart-shaped roll filled with rice and fresh tuna wrapped in pink soy paper ($15); the Spicy Tuna Caviar Tower, made with chopped tuna and various flavors of tobiko, served with taro chips ($17); the Rocky Mountain Roll, made with shrimp tempura, cream cheese, and cucumber topped with spicy lobster salad with avocado and mango, served with eel sauce ($14); and a Sex on the Beach roll featuring shrimp tempura and spicy tuna, wrapped in sesame soy paper topped with salmon, tuna, avocado and spicy sauce ($16).
Entrées that are sure to impress your special someone (or entire friend group) are the grilled Peking duck with pancakes and homemade hoisin sauce, ($30/half and $58/full); and the signature lobster pad Thai made with a lobster tail with rice noodles, bean sprouts, scallions, egg and ground-roasted peanuts ($27). The three-course evening will start at 7:30 p.m. with a rosé champagne and cheese reception, alongside live entertainment and full open bar. Dinner begins at 8:15 p.m. and starts with a fresh heirloom and burrata salad. Course No. 2 appeases every palate with a mouthwatering surf and turf duo of filet mignon and garlic butter shrimp, served with artichoke and sun-dried tomato risotto and haricot vert.
