Food Network fans, a certain Italian chef will be in Palm Beach Gardens this week.

Emmy Award-winning chef and author Giada De Laurentiis will be at Williams-Sonoma at The Gardens Mall signing copies of her new cookbook, “Happy Cooking: Make Every Meal Count … Without Stressing Out,” on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Fans can buy tickets for about $37. The price includes a copy of the cookbook, as well as a chance to meet De Laurentiis while she signs the publication.

There is no limit to the number of guests, as long as the store has copies of the book available. Walk-ins are welcome, but the only way to guarantee a signing is to purchase tickets ahead of time.

“Happy Cooking,” which came out Nov. 3, features nearly 200 recipes and tips that touch on topics from packing lunch to hosting a potluck dinner or holiday meal. The book is geared toward helping the everyday cook who’s short on time create healthy meals that don’t compromise on flavor.

Recipes include Ricotta Toast with Strawberries; Margarita Chicken Wings; Pomegranate Brussels Sprouts Salad; Dairy-Free Risotto with Mushrooms and Peas; Stuffed Chicken Parmesan; and Espresso-Peanut Butter Brownies.
