Weber Design Group, Which Has Office In North Palm Beach, Offers House Plans To Tennessee Residents Affected By Deadly Wildfires

A Florida-based architectural firm is looking to lend a helping hand to Tennessee residents who lost their homes in last month’s deadly wildfires.

Weber Design Group has opened up its pre-designed house plan library, from which residents who are ready to rebuild their homes can choose among scores of models. The full set of architectural drawings—valued from $700 to $7,500—details everything from electrical layouts to roof design, floor plans and wall sections.

Residents can simply call the firm and pick a layout for free. The toll free number is 800.250.8001.

In late November, wildfires that originated on Chimney Tops trail in Great Smoky Mountains National Park spread and caused damage to nearly 1,700 homes and businesses in the Gatlinburg area, according to reports. Fourteen people were killed.

The Weber Design Group is based in southwest Florida and opened an office in North Palm Beach one year ago.

Bill Weber, who runs the company with his wife, Kerry, noted losing a home can be a “life-changing experience,” especially near the holidays.

“We want to make the transition fast as easy as possible for these folks to get their families back in to a quality home by substantially reducing the time and costs of these projects,” he said in a statement.

While Morgan Moore, a representative for the company, noted homes can be built to suit whatever the owner desires, she pointed out house plans previously sold in Tennessee include the Fresno, Trapani, Bellagio and Port Antigua. They range from one-story to single-story builds, with two-, three- or six-bedroom layouts.

For those looking for plans that might fit well into the area, here’s a list of the other models sold to Tennessee clients in the past. Please visit Weber Design Group's website for more information.
