803

A boutique collection of 63 luxury homes located in Palm Beach Gardens broke ground on June 14. The neighborhood, called PointeMIDTOWN, is situated in the heart of Mainstreet at Midtown.

The homes are expected to be completed by January, and will be among the shops and restaurants at Midtown, just south of the Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center and Park, and directly across from Earth Fare, a new organic grocery store.

Pricing begins from the high $400,000s with a choice of two open floor plans, both offering master suites downstairs and upstairs.

The Echo model is 2,174 square feet with three bedrooms, a loft and 2.5 baths. The Wave model is 2,490 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft and 3.5 baths. All units include a two-car garage, a kitchen with designer finishes, a master bath and impact-resistant exterior glass doors and windows.

The community will also include the lakefront Peninsula Club, a pool and recreation venue.

For every home sold, Ascend Properties will donate a portion of the profit to the Palm Beach Gardens Police Foundation.
