Cocktails are definitely in order as we head into the July Fourth weekend. For those who are hosting a holiday cookout at home, The Cooper in Palm Beach Gardens shares two drink recipes that appeal to all: a classic mojito and The Dancing Scotsman, which (surprise, surprise) employs scotch. The latter is also $6 during The Cooper’s killer daily happy hour from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
