Floral and fruity cocktails have arrived at 1000 North in Jupiter. Choose from two vibrant and elegant libations created by 1000 North’s mixologists, available now until May 31 on the restaurant’s cocktail menu.
Inspired by Japan’s cherry blossoms that paint cities with soft hues of pink, white, and red in the springtime, the Sakura is a floral cocktail made with Nikka Coffey Vodka, Tozai Junmai Nigori Snow Maiden Sake, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and hibiscus syrup, with a hint of lemon juice to enhance its flavors. The pretty pink sip is then topped with cherry blossoms, known as sakura in Japanese.
Get a sip of a classic, fruity gin cocktail with a modern, savory twist in the Bramble On. The London-inspired drink contains Langley’s Gin, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup, with crushed raspberries and blackberries stirred in. The twist comes in the form of fresh basil that complements the berry flavor. The soft pink drink is then topped with an egg white foam and a basil leaf for another pop of color.
