Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar in Jupiter and Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in Palm Beach Gardens are inviting guests to savor tacos and tequila through the end of September.
The exclusive Tacos & Tequila menu features four tequila cocktails, as well as savory entrees, tacos, and other dishes that deliver delicious twists on classic Mexican cuisine.
Both restaurants will mix up tequila cocktails, including the Dancing in the Dark, a twist on the espresso martini, made with El Tequileno Reposado, espresso, and Liquor 43; Tres A’s, a smoky cocktail with Amaretto, chocolate bitters, and citrus; Sun and Spice, a spicy margarita that pairs Patron Silver with serrano syrup, fresh grapefruit, and lime juice, and finished with Q soda; and Piña Secreta with Aperol, El Tequileno Blanco, pineapple juice, lime, and orgeat.
As for the special pairings, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar in Jupiter will serve chef’s choice tacos; lobster flautas with fresh lobster, cilantro, campari tomatoes, sweet corn fondue, radish, and serrano chile; blackened shrimp chili rellenos; Chilean sea bass topped with warm garlic butter, campari tomatoes, jalapeño-avocado salsa, creamy poblano rajas, and roasted tomato guajillo; and Duroc Tomahawk pork chop garnished with d’anjou pears, pepitas, radish and salsa macha.
At the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in Palm Beach Gardens, a more casual menu awaits. Dishes include pollo al pastor tacos, Baja shrimp tacos, and mushroom queso fundio.
