The Cause: Dennis Basso presented his spring/summer 2017 collection at the annual luncheon and fashion show held at The Breakers. The event featured a world-class silent auction and gourmet lunch. Corporate sponsors played morning golf at the sold-out Golf Classic, and awards and prizes were enjoyed by all.
The Cause: More than 300 conservationists joined LMC President and CEO Jack Lighton and dressed in festive costumes for the 10th annual gala, which raised critical funds for the Center’s mission of sea turtle and ocean conservation. Guests sipped cocktails and interacted with the sea turtle patients before heading inside for live entertainment, dinner and a silent auction.
The Cause: Community members gathered for the groundbreaking of the Anderson Family Cancer Institute at Jupiter Medical Center to honor key donors Marjorie Matheson and the Anderson Family Charitable Fund. Peter and Missy Crisp also contributed to the gift.
The Cause: American Friends of The Hebrew University honored Palm Beach residents John and Andrea Stark at the Palm Beach Scopus Awards Gala held at The Breakers. Guests enjoyed music, cocktails and a lavish dinner at the “A Night in the Courtyard” reception, which recognized the support from individuals who demonstrate humanitarian concerns and outstanding contributions to education.
The Cause: Guests from The Palm Beach Area Chapter of LLS gathered inside the elegant Mar-a-Lago Club ballroom for a stunning black-tie gala. The event raised more than $684,850 to support the mission of curing leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma.
The Cause: Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa hosted members and friends to learn more about Impact 100 service in the community. Guests mixed and mingled while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and Champagne.
The Cause: Hosted by the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, the Diamond Centennial gala, “Vienna to Versailles,” celebrated the International Red Cross and its 60 years of service. President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump were in attendance during the event, which featured Baroque-themed décor, cocktails, fireworks, dinner and dancing.
The Cause: More than 300 local women joined together at the Palm Beach County Convention Center for the 10th annual award-winning conference and luncheon. The afternoon focused on women’s health issues, and eight seminars were presented on the latest advances in preventing, detecting and treating diseases such as heart disease and cancer in women.
The Cause: Guests enjoyed specialty drinks while viewing Provident’s Fine Art collection at the Worth Avenue grand opening. Original American and European paintings, watercolors, drawings and sculptures from the 17th through 21st century were displayed.
More than 240 guests gathered at the Flagler Museum for a “Timeless” evening to benefit the Hospice Foundation of Palm Beach. Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception followed by a formal fashion show displaying the Carolina Herrera Spring 2017 Collection presented by grand benefactor Saks Fifth Avenue Palm Beach in celebration of its 90th anniversary.
The Cause: A crowd of 300 gathered at Downtown at the Gardens for the fifth annual fashion event, which included a fashion show featuring the latest looks by Downtown at the Gardens boutiques. Guests enjoyed cuisines from surrounding restaurants and a silent auction. Proceeds from this event benefited 100+ Women Who Care.
The Cause: Supporters gathered at the Mar-a-Lago Club to raise funds for local women fighting ovarian cancer. Celebrity guest speakers included award-winning actress Laura Linney and board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist, author and ABC medical correspondent Dr. Jennifer Ashton.
More than 800 guests met at the International Polo Club where they enjoyed a delicious luncheon, silent auction and live entertainment by the Gypsy Sound Revolution. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society raised more than $520,000, which will be used for lifesaving blood cancer research and supporting local patients and their families.
A sold-out crowd of more than 265 guests gathered at The Gardens Mall to “GO BLUE” for charity. The welcome reception included Champagne, lite bites and live jazz entertainment, and was followed by a catered luncheon, luxury prize drawings and a full runway fashion show. Michele Jacobs received the distinguished KidSanctuary Campus Angel Volunteer of The Year Award.
