The Palm Beach Photographic Center in West Palm Beach and Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith welcomed Lt. Governor Carlos Lopez-Cantera during the Hispanic/Jewish Leadership Reception. The reception brings together Jewish and Hispanic Leadership to talk about the dynamic growth of these populations within the community.
Team captains for the Susan G. Komen South Florida Race for the Cure came together at Alpha Media for an inspiring pep rally to build momentum for the January race. Throughout the morning, supporters took to the stage to inspire the team captains to connect with their own personal “why” they Race for the Cure.
In anticipation of the 2017-18 season, Palm Beach Opera held a private dinner at The Lotos Club in New York hosted by Florence Kaufman, a Palm Beach Opera board member. Palm Beach Opera supporters enjoyed a cocktail reception followed by an exclusive recital and gourmet dinner.
More than 75 dignitaries, business professionals and Palm Beach County residents attended a ribbon cutting for Jupiter Medical Center Urgent Care’s fourth location in West Palm Beach. The event also kicked off The FITTEAM Palm Beaches Marathon.
Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa hosted its second annual bash at the resort in celebration of National Cheeseburger Day as a fundraiser for Hurricane Irma relief in Florida. Awards were given for “Best Burger,” “Best Beer” and “Best Burger & Beer Pairing.”
Nearly 100 guests gathered at PGA National Resort & Spa for the announcement of LMC’s ninth annual Go Blue Awards finalists. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prior to the announcement of the finalists and honorees.
Golfers were treated to nine holes and a “wine” down reception at the Palm Beach Par 3. The scramble-style competition was a kick off for the Center’s annual Conservation Cup. Both events raise funds for the Science Center.
Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies spotlighted healthy pregnancy during its record-breaking fourth annual “Moments” luncheon. More than 300 supporters attended at The Country Club at Mirasol.
Guests applauded those who helped Susan G. Komen South Florida raise more than $649,000 at the 2017 Race for the Cure and fulfill its mission in 2016 during the “Power in Pink Honors” held at Admirals Cove.
