This summer, Jenniffer Woo, the executive pastry chef at Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street, has debuted new desserts at the Jupiter complex’s upscale grille, Beacon, and more laid-back oyster bar and taphouse, Lucky Shuck.

A highlight at Beacon is the Peach, a play on peaches and cream that includes a trompe l’oeil–style peach made of a peach mousse with peach compote at the core. Guests can also sample the Orange, a play on the orange creamsicle, with almond-anise crunch and vanilla ice cream.

Over at Lucky Shuck, is introducing a silky vanilla crème brûlèe, prepared with vanilla tuile, citrus, and vanilla whipped cream, or the strawberry shortcake tres leches, soaked in strawberry milk, with shortcake crunch and spongecake. Woo is also dishing out a playful take on doughnuts and coffee, with the delightful beignets and coffee, served with an espresso pot de crème, milk foam, and cinnamon.
