Northern Palm Beach residents (snowbirds count too) can now enjoy free yoga classes in PGA Commons through the end of November.

Shri Life Yoga co-owners Sara Eavenson and Leah Carver are offering a free weekly class at their studio, located at 4550 PGA Blvd., Suite 201 in Palm Beach Gardens, for the months of October and November.

Every Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Shri Life’s beginner-level class will offer a relaxing, basic introduction to yoga. No need to bring your own mat. That’s included.

Carver said Shri Life decided to offer the free, 60-minute classes at this time of year to cater to the needs of their typical student base.

“Many of our guests are full-time residents and snowbirds,” she said. “October and November are the months when many people are flocking back to town, and are ready to get into shape.”

To guarantee their spots, guests can register online, but walk-ins are also accepted.
