Loggerhead Marinelife Center will host its sustainable and eco-friendly Holiday Gifting Event on December 20. Guests are invited to head to the center’s gift store from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to shop sustainable products and learn best practices for an eco-friendly holiday. Each purchase at the gift store supports the center’s mission to protect sea turtles and promote ocean research and conservation.
The Holiday Gifting Event will feature a raffle, free sips and sweets, and appearances from local authors and artists. Shop local vendors, including Seastainably Made, Juno Beach Goat Soaps, True Floridian, and a jewelry bracelet bar by Tassel Soul. Meet local authors and artists who will be in-store signing their work, including Amy Woods, Carter Viss, Michael Patrick O’Neill, Thomas Kuzma, Claudia Hafner, and Margie Lee Rodriquez.
The gift store is stocked with environmentally friendly and sustainable items, from sea turtle-themed ornaments to men and women’s apparel and locally crafted artwork.
