Prior to launching their business, the pair both worked in the marketing technology space. Max is a former Adobe Marketo account executive, covering the Southeast for companies with revenue of $1 billion-plus. A seasoned corporate marketing professional, Lindsey led creative teams for global Fortune 500 companies, including Office Depot, ADT Security, and Kroger Supermarkets. When the couple started their recruitment business, they aimed to solve real problems in the hiring industry and help growing companies that don’t have the time or internal expertise to fi ll positions. In a job market where demand for top talent is higher than ever, they provide their clientele with the very best marketing, sales, and technical talent.
Every year, the Spaniers host an annual charity golf tournament benefitting the Golden Cub Ambassadors Club, an initiative of the Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation. Their son, Max Jr., is a cardiology patient at the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, making this cause deeply personal for the family.
