TurtleFest Returns to Juno Beach This Weekend

Enjoy a day of free, family-friendly activities at Loggerhead Marinelife Center's nineteenth annual event February 24

TurtleFest will return to Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach on February 24, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., celebrating more than 40 years of ocean conservation and education.

Presented by Amazon, the nineteenth annual festival promises a day filled with free, family-friendly interactive and educational activities, and is set to attract more than 10,000 guests. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit the center’s sea turtles, shop crafts made by local artisans and vendors, and listen to live performances by local bands.

Children can participate in activities like Slide Over the Sea and the Junior Vet Lab, while adults can savor delicious food, craft beer, and cocktails. In addition, Sailfish Brewing Company will unveil unveil a new Hazy IPA, benefiting Loggerhead Marinelife Center with each purchase.

Parking for TurtleFest will be available at 700 Universe Blvd. in Juno Beach, along U.S. Highway 1. Free shuttle buses will run every 15 minutes to and from the event. The Boys & Girls Club will also offer a complimentary shuttle bus for residents in the Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay areas. For more information, visit marinelife.org/turtlefest.
