Vic & Angelo’s In Palm Beach Gardens Is Hosting A Cooking Class That Will Make Whipping Up An Italian Feast A Little Bit Easier

If you’ve ever wanted to cook restaurant-worthy Italian food, here’s your chance to learn how.

Vic & Angelo’s in Palm Beach Gardens is hosting its very own cooking class on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Not a fan of waking up early? Perhaps bottomless mimosas and bloody marys will make you roll out of bed a little faster.

The monthly classes are led by executive chef Alain Zimmer, who teaches attendees how to make a variety of dishes, including pastas and homemade sauces.

The November menu includes eggplant parmigiana, stuffed clams oreganata, lemon-garlic sauce and San Marzano sauce.

Each class runs about $25 and accommodates 25 to 40 people. This is the last class of the year, so make sure you reserve your spot by calling 561.630.9899. (Don’t worry, though, the restaurant says it has more plans in store for 2016.)
