Women with classy chapeaus packed the Chesterfield Hotel for the YWCA’s annual “Tea and Tulips” event. The evening included a silent and tea cup auction, Champagne reception and entertainment from pianist Gay Dedo with three Young Singers of the Palm Beaches.
