1000 North Unveils New Seasonal Menu

The waterfront restaurant's delectable new appetizers, entrees, and side dishes celebrate the bounty of the season

A new season signals the arrival of new flavors ready to be savored at 1000 North. Jupiter’s elegant waterfront restaurant debuted its a menu boasting of delectable appetizers, entrees, and side dishes that celebrate the bounty of the season.

Enjoy starters and small plates like Marco Island stone crab claws, served with a mustard sauce and lemon; Wagyu skewers with a ginger-soy mayonnaise, pickled Fresno chili, fried shallots, and sweet and spicy gochujang; and fried Ipswich clams with Szechuan pepper, lime, jalapeño, and yuzu aioli.

For mains, dive into sea bass en papillote, with rock shrimp, fingerling potatoes, corn, and heirloom tomatoes, and topped with a lobster cream; crab spaghetti alla chitarra with leek, jalapeño, roasted tomato, and uni butter; and roasted Joyce Farms chicken with mushrooms, asparagus, and cippolini onions, topped with a madeira reduction. New side dishes include lobster mac & cheese and roasted mushrooms.
