School is back in session, summer is over and the hustle and bustle that comes with the fall season has started. Don’t worry if you’re feeling stressed; in just a few weeks you’ll be able to take full advantage of the relaxations that come with the third annual Spa & Wellness Month throughout the Palm Beaches.
In addition to specially priced spa treatments, starting at just $25, the Palm Beaches’ Spa & Wellness Month includes ways to pamper yourself beyond the spa, with wellness events, fitness festivals, yoga with manatees and healthy cuisine offers all part of the appeal.
Wellness events during the Palm Beaches’ Spa & Wellness Month will include a four-stop “fitness crawl” through downtown West Palm Beach, bootcamp classes at FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches and a multi-day fitness festival called District Fit, complete with sunrise salutations, aerobic classes, fitness seminars and holistic treatments, all with renowned fitness influencers at the helm.
In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a portion of the proceeds from Spa & Wellness Month will be donated to the American Cancer Society of Palm Beach.
Below, we’ve included a few highlights of this year’s Spa & Wellness Month that you won’t want to miss.
