Spring has sprung! With the new season upon us it’s the perfect time to go out and smell the flowers or take the time to appreciate the beautiful weather, and it also means that Easter is right around the corner. 

It’s time to pack on the pastels and break out your Easter baskets. Make sure you check out these nine Easter events, brunches and specials happening around The Palm Beaches:

The Gardens Mall Easter Festivities

Hop over to The Gardens Mall to enjoy the Easter festivities. Children of all ages can have their photos taken with the Easter Bunny through March 31. Three photo packages will be available, which include a free $25 Shutterfly gift card. Prices for the packages range from $28.99 to $55.99. While the kids wait to visit the Easter Bunny, for $5 they can play through Garden Land, a life-sized board game, for the chance to win prizes from participating stores. All the proceeds from the game benefit Children’s Home Society of Florida, a group that provides adoption services, group homes and shelters for runaways and troubled teens, along with counseling and support for foster families. Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa Easter Celebration

Starting at 9 a.m. on April 1, the Easter Bunny will spend the day at Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa, hosting an Easter egg hunt on the beach for overnight guests staying at the resort. Guests will be divided into different age groups to search for more than 1,000 hidden eggs. After guests have rounded up their goodies from the beach, the Easter Bunny will visit diners tableside at the Easter brunch buffet from noon to 8 p.m. For $95 per adult and $30 per child, guests can sample from a variety of food including a sushi bar, a cheese and charcuterie station, small plates like rigatoni pasta with lamb sausage ragout and Grana Padano cheese and a dessert selection from the pastry team. The buffet is open to the public, but reservations are required.

Sant Ambroeus Easter Italian Style

Located in the Royal Poinciana Plaza is Sant Ambroeus, the Milan-inspired restaurant that will offer a three-course prix-fixe Easter buffet for $85 per person. The new eatery aims to offer a traditional Milanese dining experience for family and friends to enjoy during Easter. Start with an appetizer of endless options that include smoked salmon, caponata and torta alla pasqualina. Next, dive into one of six main course options, from Milanese risotto primavera to a traditional roasted leg of lamb. The dessert buffet cart will also offer an assortment of desserts like delectable profiteroles, chocolate crostata and a scrumptious carrot cake for guests to choose from.

Café Boulud’s French Easter Brunch

Attend Café Boulud’s annual Easter brunch buffet that puts a classic French twist on traditional brunch favorites. The brunch buffet includes a plethora of items, from classics like avocado toast and smoked salmon eggs Benedict to festive dishes such as herb roasted leg of lamb and hickory honey turkey breast. While getting your fill of these delectable dishes make sure to add on sides such as Andalusian gazpacho, swordfish Nicoise or roasted carrots. You can also include samples from a collection of cheese and charcuterie to complement any of the main dishes. The Easter brunch is $105 per person and $45 for children 12 and under. The Easter Bunny is hopping over to the YMCA on March 31, and you should be too! Starting at 9 a.m., get ready for some fun in the sun and fresh air during this free outdoor Easter egg hunt for children and their families. While you aren’t busy searching for eggs, families can also take photos with the Easter Bunny, enjoy live music and take home prizes for the most eggs collected. The YMCA will have a limited number of complimentary baskets, so families are encouraged to bring their own Easter egg baskets. Spend your Easter holiday brunching with the Easter Bunny at the BRIO Tuscan Grille at The Gardens Mall on March 24, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. For $12.95, adults can enjoy menu items like scrambled eggs served with home fries and bacon or berries and cream French toast. On April 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., guests can sample a variety of brunch menu items specially chosen for Easter that will be available for $35.
