Chef Jeremy Ford and the culinary team at The Butcher’s Club will host Champagne and Caviar Dinner, benefiting the Connections School for Autism, at PGA National Resort restaurant on October 20. The lavish dining experience will feature an exclusive menu marrying two of the finest indulgences, as well as a silent auction.

The Michelin Star recipient, James Beard Award nominee, and Top Chef season 13 winner, has designed an exclusive eight-course menu, featuring Bemka Caviar and Roederer Champagne. The experience begins with a selection of hors d’oeuvres, followed by a multi-course dinner crafted by Chef Ford, Chef Dallas Wynne, and the team. The dining experience is $350 per person.

Ten percent of ticket sales and all proceeds from the auction will go directly to Connections School for Autism, a nonprofit institution dedicated to serving students and adults affected by autism and related disabilities in Palm Beach County.

Reservations can be made online at OpenTable. The Butcher’s Club is located at 400 Avenue of the Champions in Palm Beach Gardens.
