Quantum Foundation Launches Application For Grassroots Charities To Win $750,000

Are you a part of a charitable nonprofit in Palm Beach County? If yes, then we have news for you.

Quantum Foundation is currently taking applications for its Quantum in the Community program, which will provide $750,000 to grassroots charities in Palm Beach County that provide basic needs to the area’s most vulnerable residents.

The application deadline is July 27 at 5 p.m., and the money will be given away at a celebratory breakfast in the fall. You can access the application here.

Criteria for applicants is as follows: the organization must be registered as a 501(c)(3); the organization must have been working in Palm Beach County for at least six months; the organization’s annual operating budget may not exceed $500,000; and the organization must provide basic needs like food, clothing, shelter, utilities and transportation to the county’s most vulnerable residents. 

A committee of Quantum Foundation staff and board members will select the winners. Each winner will receive a grant up to $25,000 of the $750,000 total.

This is Quantum Foundation’s eighth year funding the Quantum in the Community initiative.
