1000 North will celebrate the Fourth of July with an afternoon Social Hour and an evening of chef-driven holiday specials.
1000 North’s Fourth of July Social Hour kicks off at 3 p.m. Sip on the Stars & Stripes ($20), made with Buffalo Trace, strawberries, blueberries, mint simple syrup, and lemon, and the Firecracker Punch ($20), made with Siesta Key Toasted Rum, pineapple, coconut, grenadine, and blue curaçao.
Enjoy the dinner menu beginning at 5 p.m., featuring two festive specials: cedar plank king salmon ($58), prepared with a barbecue dry rub, the dish is served with sweet potato and corn hash, complemented with hot and smoky chipotle butter; and bone-in short rib ($62), accompanied by mashed potatoes with cheddar, bacon, and scallions, and finished with a barbecue demi-glace.
For dessert, delight in the strawberry shortcake ($18), baked with a buttermilk biscuit and layered with strawberry compote and topped with mascarpone whipped cream.
