Dr. Ken Winnard is physician trained in internal medicine with a background as a hospitalist. During his time working in the hospital, he saw thousands of patients diagnosed with chronic disease, often with little education about how their health got to its current state or what to do next. This led Dr. Winnard to uncover his true passion—lifestyle medicine and prevention. He now serves patients in Jupiter and the surrounding communities at his preventative and aesthetic medicine practice, OneLife Health & Performance.
Dr. Winnard is an industry leader in the fields of peptide therapy, specialized intravenous (IV) therapy, amino acid therapy, vitamin therapy, hormone balancing and optimization, nutrition, and medical weight loss. He incorporates these modalities and more into each patient’s individualized care plan to help restore and even enhance the body’s metabolic and healing properties. He believes these tools give patients an edge to help find a new baseline of health, no matter where they are in their health journey.
Dr. Winnard has built a dedicated team of nurse practitioners, certified health coaches, and designated patient care coordinators to help follow each patient through their unique care plans.
