Charity Event Listing Inclusion Form
Welcome! As we prepare once again to compile this comprehensive guide to the charitable organizations and their social events across the greater Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast in 2026 and 2027, we invite you to submit your listing to be considered for inclusion in the publication—which will be a standalone magazine this year for the first time.
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY, AS SOME REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS’ SUBMISSION FORMS.
LISTINGS: Each organization selected for inclusion will receive a one-quarter page listing describing the charity, a major fundraising event, or fundraising initiative. There is a $199 processing fee for each listing submission. Payment information must be provided at the time of submission. Payments will be processed at the time of submission for the October 2026 publication.
ADDITIONAL LISTINGS: You may submit up to two additional forms for a total of 3 additional one-fourth page listings. The additional listing fee is $199 for each listing.
DATES: The publication covers events and activities held from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
DEADLINES: Please submit your online form(s) before JUNE 19, 2026. Forms not submitted by the deadline will not be considered for inclusion.
LIMITED SPACE: Please edit your information to fit the space allotted on the form—we cannot accommodate longer word counts. Only headers noted on the allotted form will be included (Description of Charity, Fundraising Event, Description of Event, etc.); please do not add additional information or categories. Any extra information and titles will not be included. Palm Beach Media Group expressly reserves the right to edit listings for space and clarity and is not responsible for publication of incorrect information provided directly by the charity.
ACCEPTANCE: Palm Beach Media Group (PBMG) will make every effort to include the submitted listings. However, due to space limitations, this may not always be possible. PBMG shall select charities for inclusion based on criteria including, but not limited to, whether the charity’s funds remain in the Jupiter/Stuart area and the event’s history and tradition.
COMPLIMENTARY COPIES: Each selected organization will be entitled to one complimentary copy of the 2026-2027 Jupiter and Stuart Charity Datebook. A copy of the magazine will be mailed directly to the address provided on the listings form. Additional copies may be purchased at a 50 percent discount by calling 1-800-308-7346.
A FINAL NOTE: Your form will not be accepted if any fields are left blank. If a field is not applicable to your event, you must type “n/a.” Your application is not complete until you purchase a listing below and complete the form.

Charity Register Photo Requirements
For the 2026-27 Jupiter and Stuart Charity Datebook listings, we now accept the following photo format:
- 1 Vertical or square photo
Size Specifications:
- 1 Vertical or Square Photo
- At Least 1.6″ H
- 300 DPI (effective size)
- Width is adjustable based on photo.
- Photos should be of a person who serves on the charity’s leadership, the event chair, a photo from last year’s event, or the charity’s headquarters.
- Please note that we cannot accept photos that do not meet these photo specs, including:
- composite photos
- screenshots of invitations
- logos or photos with logos superimposed
- place-holder photos
