Charity Event Listing Inclusion Form

Welcome to the Jupiter and Stuart Charity Datebook! As we prepare once again to compile this invaluable guide to the Greater Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast’s charitable organizations, we invite you to submit information on your charity’s primary fundraising event or fundraising activities to be considered for inclusion in the publication.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, AS SOME REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS’ SUBMISSION FORMS.

YOUR FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF ANY FIELDS ARE LEFT BLANK. IF A FIELD IS NOT APPLICABLE TO YOUR EVENT, YOU MUST TYPE “N/A.”

Your application is not complete until you purchase a listing below and complete the form.


LISTINGS: Each organization selected for inclusion will receive a one-sixth page listing describing the charity and one major fundraising event. There is a $199 processing fee for each listing submission. Payment information must be provided at the time of submission. Payments will be processed at the time of submission for the October 2020 publication.

ADDITIONAL LISTINGS: You may submit up to two additional forms for additional one-sixth page listings. The additional listing fee is $199 for each.

DATES: The publication covers events and activities held from October 1, 2020, through October 31, 2021.

DEADLINES: Please submit your online form(s) by JULY 27, 2020. Forms not submitted by the deadline will not be considered for inclusion.

LIMITED SPACE: Only the headings and titles appearing on the form will be included in the listings. Please edit your information to fit the space allotted on the form. Extra information and titles will not be included. Palm Beach Media Group will make every effort to include the submitted listings. However, due to space limitations, this may not always be possible. PBMG shall select charities for inclusion based on criteria including, but not limited to, whether the charity’s funds remain in the Jupiter/Stuart area and the event’s history and tradition. PBMG expressly reserves the right to edit listings for space and clarity and is not responsible for publication of incorrect information provided directly by the charity.

COMPLIMENTARY COPIES: Each selected organization will be entitled to a complimentary copy of the 2020-21 Jupiter and Stuart Charity Datebook. A copy of the magazine will be mailed directly to the address provided on the listings form. Additional copies may be purchased at a 50 percent discount by calling 1-800-308-7346.

Charity Register Photo Requirements

For the 2020-21 Jupiter/Stuart Charity Datebook listings, we now accept the following
photo format:

  • 1 Vertical or square photo

Size Specifications:

  • 1 Vertical or Square Photo
    – At Least 1.6″ H
    – 300 DPI (high resolution)
    – Width is adjustable based on photo.

We reserve the right to reject any photo that does not meet our quality and size standards.
