His practice also provides both medical and cosmetic vein treatments, utilizing modern technologies to address venous disease and aesthetic concerns.
In addition to surgical care, Dr. Cedeno offers regenerative and wellness therapies, including laser and EPAT therapy, peptide treatments, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and advanced laser nail treatments. He is also actively involved in clinical research, helping bring innovative therapies and new treatment options to patients through participation in medical studies.

Dr. Carpino is a doctorally prepared, board-certified physician associate with more than 30 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, surgery, and regenerative medicine. He currently provides concierge medical care focused on optimizing health, performance, and longevity through personalized and integrative treatment strategies.
Dr. Carpino earned undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida and Trevecca University and completed his master’s of physician assistant studies at the University of Nebraska. He later pursued extensive doctoral education, with coursework and degrees including a doctor of medical science (DMS) from Butler University, a doctor of education (Ed.D), a PhD in advanced science applications from Kennedy University, and a doctor physician associate (DPA) from Touro University Worldwide, where his doctoral research focused on stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine.
His clinical background includes sports medicine, orthopedics, emergency medicine, endocrinology, and office-based procedures using advanced imaging such as ultrasound and fluoroscopy. For more than 14 years, he has specialized in integrative and regenerative medicine, including hormone replacement therapy, PRP/PRF procedures, peptide therapy, and stem cell–based treatments.
Dr. Carpino also mentors MD, DO, NP, and PA students and serves as a major in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Service Corps, currently commanding the 327th Medical Logistics Company.
Dr. Matarazzo is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and related injuries. He is an expert in minimally invasive procedures and complex reconstructions, as well as joint replacements, of the shoulder and knee. He has more than 23 years of clinical and surgical experience and a special interest in combining regenerative medicine technology with cutting edge orthopedic surgical and nonsurgical care.
He earned his medical degree from Temple University and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann University, now Drexel University in Philadelphia. He then completed a sports medicine and arthroscopy fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City where he served as an assistant team physician to the New York Jets, the New York Islanders, and the Hofstra University and Hunter College athletic departments.
Dr. Matarazzo is a co-founder and medical director of RegenOrtho Palm Beach, and the founder and principal of Elite Sports Medicine serving Palm Beach, Martin, and St Lucie counties of Florida. He has served South Florida since 2002.
