Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) will welcome the community to Coastal Notes and Brushstrokes, a new event featuring art and music, kicking off on May 1. From 5:30 to 9 p.m., enjoy an evening of painting, gallery installations, and live music, supported by the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County’s Bright Ideas sponsorship program and is part of its MOSAIC (Month of Shows, Art, Ideas, and Culture) celebration.

The Eleanor event space will transform into an art gallery showcasing more than 60 pieces by artists from The Artists Studio and Gallery of Tequesta, Sarah Houglum, Bianca’s Corner Studio, Renee Simler Fine Art, and Anthony Burks Sr.

MOSAIC celebration is an annual May initiative designed to promote Palm Beach County as a premier cultural destination. LMC will offer offering two MOSAIC promotions: buy one, get one free on public-guided early access tours and 10 percent-off purchases in the gift store.

General admission to Coastal Notes and Brushstrokes is $20, with presale tickets available for $15. Tickets may be purchased online or at the door.
