Ingredients
- 1 one-inch thick cucumber slice, peeled and quartered, plus 2 thin cucumber wheels, for garnish
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 ¾ oz. gin
- ¾ oz. elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. soda water
Directions
In a rocks glass, muddle the thick cucumber slice with the lime juice. Add the gin, liqueur, simple syrup, and ice. Stir to combine. Top up with the soda water. Garnish with the cucumber wheels.

Ingredients
- 1 piece lemon peel
- 1 thin cucumber wheel
- 1 fresh raspberry
- 5 juniper berries or pink peppercorns
- 2 oz. Tommy Bahama Island Gin
- 5-7 oz. tonic water
- Dash of grapefruit bitters
- Edible flower for garnish (optional)
Directions
Put the lemon peel, cucumber, raspberry, and juniper berries in a wine glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add the gin, then the tonic water, pouring each down the inside of the glass. Add the bitters and stir gently once or twice. Garnish with the flower.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz. vodka or gin
- 1 ¼ oz. grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 2 fresh basil leaves
Directions
Combine the vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and one basil leaf in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the remaining basil leaf.
