Q&A with Jennifer Molle Fisher

CEO & Founder, Molle Bridals

What’s the biggest mistake brides make while dress shopping?

Over-shopping. After six or seven appointments, every dress starts looking the same. Instead of becoming more confident, most brides become more confused. I’d much rather see a bride visit a few boutiques she trusts, enjoy the experience, and make a decision while she’s still excited.

How do you know when a bride has  found the dress?
The moment I usually notice is when they stop asking, “What else do you have?” and start picturing themselves walking down the aisle. They quit shopping in their mind because they’ve already found it.

What’s one thing brides worry about that they really shouldn’t?

Needing to lose weight before saying yes to their dress. Your dress should celebrate who you are today. Alterations will make it feel like it was made just for you. Don’t wait to feel worthy of finding your dream dress—you already are.
