Celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve with festive, gourmet fare at these North County hot spots

1000 North

The Jupiter eatery will dish out a festive dinner feast on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Christmas Eve will feature 1000 North’s regular menu, while Christmas Day will boast an abbreviated regular menu with special holiday dishes, including: Florida rock shrimp and roasted corn chowder; pan-roasted halibut; veal tenderloin Wellington; and a dinner special of carved Dijon-crusted roast prime rib, porcini, roasted leek, pancetta & gruyere potato gratin, “french onion” au jus, and horseradish crème fraîche. The feasting continues on New Year’s Eve with a prix fixe dinner and beverages a la carte. Maine lobster salad, grilled lamp chop lollipops, dover sole paupiette, Wagyu filet, and more help the year end on a decadent note. The menu starts at $325 per person.

3800 Ocean

Nestled inside the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa, 3800 Ocean will offer an expansive Christmas Day brunch from noon to 7 p.m., featuring a carving station, seafood favorites, delectable desserts, and more. The restaurant will also offer a three-course prix fixe menu on New Year’s Eve. Christmas Day brunch is $120 per adult and $35 for children ages 12 and under (excluding tax and gratuity). New Year’s Eve prix fixe dinner is $145 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Reservations are strongly encouraged.

AquaGrille

Juno Beach’s AquaGrille is offering a special prix fixe menu and New Year’s Eve celebration to ring in 2023. On December 31, experience a four-course tasting menu for $125, which includes an amuse-bouche, petit fours, and a glass of Champagne, as well as multiple options for each course. Add a wine pairing for an additional $75. The menu will be offered from 5 to 10 p.m., with a continued celebration after midnight. Pricing does not include tax and gratuity, and reservations are encouraged.

Beacon

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, this inventive fine-dining establishment in Jupiter will augment its regular menu with specials including Chianti-braised lamb shank with herb garlic whipped potatoes, root vegetables, and citrus gremolata, as well as a cherry chocolate mousse with cherry kirsch sorbet and vanilla. New Year’s Eve specials will include The Kings seafood platter, inclusive of king crab legs, local stone crab claws, chilled oysters, jumbo cocktail shrimp, chilled lobster tails, and assorted sauces and condiments, as well as A5 Japanese Wagyu strip with wild mushrooms, roasted shallot, mustard, and jus. 

Blackbird Modern Asian 

Jupiter’s newest Asian fusion restaurant will serve a four-course prix fixe menu to celebrate New Year’s Eve for $150 per person. Diners will start the culinary journey with wok-charred edamame with soy sauce, chili, and garlic. Next, dive into an appetizer course, boasting dishes like tuna crispy rice with scallions and wasabi tobiko, and Mongolian brisket buns with green apple, pickled Fresno peppers, and hoisin sauce. For the main event, dive into halibut with wild mushrooms, Chinese chive, and mushroom soy dashi, or King crab fried rice with five vegetables, Thai basil, egg, chili paste, and lime. End on a sweet note with the chocolate bomb cake, with salted caramel peanut brittle ice cream, caramelized bananas, fresh strawberries, and dark chocolate sauce, and other delectable dishes.

Guests will receive a complimentary glass of Champagne, party hats, balloons, and other festive favors. For entertainment, DJ Nick Flash will spin from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Casa Caña

Join Casa Caña for a roaring 1920s celebration on New Year’s Eve. From 6 p.m. to midnight, enjoy a special Great Gatsby–themed menu with small bites and Prohibition-era cocktails. Guests can also savor Casa Caña’s regular dinner menu of eclectic Latin, American, and Japanese-inspired cuisine. Bask in the glitz and glamour of the 1920s with live music, dancing, and vintage food favorites. Guests are encouraged to dress up for the occasion in Gatsby-inspired attire, and reservations are recommended.

Ela Curry Kitchen

Ela Curry Kitchen will serve a curated selection of Indo-Chinese dishes as a festive addition to its regular menu December 23-24. Known for his flavorful Indian-inspired plates, Chef Pushkar Marathe is also known among close friends and family for his creative take on classic Chinese cuisine. Chef Marathe’s menu will include lo mein, beef and broccoli, and General Tso’s chicken. The Indo-Chinese menu will be available for takeout or dining in for lunch and dinner.

Lucky Shuck 

The Charlie & Joe’s at Love Street favorite will offer festive dining on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. In addition to the regular menu, the kitchen will serve two specials on each holiday: 22 oz. Cowboy ribeye with Parmesan-roasted potatoes and chimichurri butter; and Baked Alaska, with vanilla ice cream, chocolate semifreddo, chocolate rum cake, and toasted meringue.

To wash it all down, indulge in seasonal holiday cocktails, like The Gingerbread and the Peppermint Espresso Martini.
