1000 North

Fall in love with decadent food and drink specials at 1000 NORTH this Valentine’s Day. Sip on 1000 Roses ($25), a handcrafted cocktail with rose-infused Hendrick’s Flora Adora gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and finished with orange express, available February 12-15.

Delight in specials like seared scallops ($76) with Parmesan polenta, citrus brown butter, and crispy Benton’s ham; and surf and turf ($98), featuring a six-ounce filet mignon, crab-stuffed shrimp, potato puree, and asparagus, finished with a rich bourbon bordelaise sauce. End the night by savoring the Chocolate Torte Heart ($18), prepared with strawberry ganache and chocolate crumble, and topped with a chocolate-covered strawberry.

Ayre by Karma

This Valentine’s Day, AYRE by Karma, Amrit Ocean Resort’s modern Indian dining room, invites couples to celebrate love with an evening of gourmet cuisine served in a romantic coastal setting. The restaurant will offer an exclusive four-course Valentine’s Day chef’s tasting menu, priced at $125 per person. The special menu is crafted by James Beard House-featured chef and Food Network champion Chef Asif R. Syed.

Blackbird Modern Asian

Experience the allure of the East with a globe-trotting celebration of exotic Chinese flavors, splurge-worthy seafood, and showstopping desserts—right to your table. Channeling Executive Chef Tim Nickey’s passion for ingredient-forward Pan-Asian fare, the Jupiter hotspot will present two Valentine’s dining options: a four-course prix-fixe menu for $95 per person, complete with a complimentary glass of champagne, and a three-course lineup of individually priced specials so couples can go all-in or mix and match their favorites.

Buccaneer Waterfront Bar & Grill

The Buccaneer Waterfront Bar & Grill is ready to serve up sensations with a special three-course dinner designed to spice up the evening. Valentine’s Day dinner will begin at 4 p.m., with the last seating at 8 p.m. Following dinner, a live dueling piano performance will take place from 9 to 11 p.m. Reservations are required as seating is limited and can be made via OpenTable. Dinner is $75 per person.

Frigate’s Waterfront Bar & Grill

In classic Frigate’s style, their Valentine’s Day specials menu, offered along with their full regular dinner menu, embodies a dining experience that feels indulgent without being overdone. The evening’s specials include jumbo shrimp cocktail, char-seared center cut filet mignon and broiled lobster tail, and Chambord-infused chocolate mousse.

The Jupiter Grill

The Jupiter Grill is will host a Valentine’s Day weekend culinary experience February 12-15. Guests are invited to enjoy the award-winning daily dinner menu, Valentine’s Day chef specials, or a three-course menu for two crafted to create a memorable and romantic occasion. Valentine’s Dinner for Two is $250, and reservations are encouraged as seating is limited.

The Amrit Ocean Resort‘s signature oceanfront restaurant invites couples to embark on a romantic culinary journey with an intimate six-course chef’s tasting menu. Each guest will be welcomed with a glass of Moët Champagne, and every table will receive a long-stemmed rose to take home as an elegant keepsake to mark the evening. The Valentine’s Day Chef’s Tasting Menu is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Complimentary valet parking is included.
