Living a Little More Wyld, Just North of the Palm Beaches

Some communities are shaped by what surrounds them. At Wylder, life is shaped by what’s been intentionally left open.

Spanning nearly 2,000 acres of preserved land and lakes, Wylder is designed to feel woven into its natural setting rather than built over it. Walkable paths, open views, and a sense of space define daily life, encouraging residents to slow down and spend more time outdoors.

While the Wyld life feels removed from the rush, Wylder remains well connected. Situated in Port St. Lucie, just west of I-95 at Midway Road, the community offers easy access to the coastal destinations and cultural centers residents enjoy most.

Yet, the lifestyle extends beyond its natural setting. A range of neighborhoods—from active-adult homes to golf residences and single-family communities—allows residents to choose how they want to live.

    Golf Homes from the $400s

One of Wylder’s most distinctive neighborhoods is Glynlea Country Club. This gated golf community reimagines the traditional private club model, offering a more approachable, welcoming take on golf living. Homes begin in the $400s, with a range of options extending beyond $1 million.

At its center is the first-ever Jim Furyk Signature Golf Course, designed to follow the land’s natural contours, weaving through lakes and preserved areas. Residents also enjoy a Toptracer™ Aquatic Driving Range, adding a social, technology-driven dimension to the game.

A planned 10-acre Club Campus will continue to expand the lifestyle, with future amenities including resort-style pools, fitness and wellness spaces, spa offerings, pickleball and tennis courts, and Fairways Tavern for casual dining and gatherings—all supported by year-round programming designed to bring neighbors together naturally.

    A Resort-Centered Active Adult Lifestyle

Four Seasons at Wylder brings a resort-inspired energy to active-adult living. Created by K. Hovnanian, the neighborhood offers homes starting in the upper $300s, with thoughtfully designed single-level floorplans that make everyday living feel simple.

At the heart of it all is the newly opened Audubon Club, where days might begin at the pool, stretch into a fitness class or pickleball match, and end with a game night or social gathering. With a Lifestyle Director guiding the programming, residents can stay as active, social, or spontaneous as they like—without ever feeling overscheduled.

Lakeside Amenities and Neighborhood Living Continue to Grow

Wylder brings resort-style living at an attainable price point with its Brystol neighborhoods, featuring single-family homes from the $300s.

At Brystol South, a lakeside amenity center is already in use, featuring a beach-entry pool, pickleball courts, a dog park, and green spaces. Brystol North will introduce its own clubhouse, fitness center, and social spaces, while still enjoying access to the outdoor amenities nearby.

Looking ahead, Waverly will add a townhome neighborhood from the upper $200s designed with energy-efficient construction and low-maintenance layouts.

Woven throughout it all will be miles of multi-use paths, along with the 113-acre Wylder Park, open to all St. Lucie County residents. Portions of land have also been set aside for future pocket parks and planned commercial areas. It all comes together to create something more open, more natural, and a little more Wyld.

Models Open Daily to Experience the Wyld Life

With more than fifteen furnished model homes open daily and amenities already completed, visitors can walk the neighborhoods, explore the amenities, and spend time in the spaces that define everyday life.

Wylder is located at 5925 NW Wylder Parkway in Port St. Lucie. For more information or to register for updates, visit LiveWylder.com.
