Nominations for the 10th annual Go Blue Awards Luncheon will open nationwide on July 15.
The luncheon hosted by Loggerhead Marinelife will feature conservationist Jeff Corwin as the keynote speaker. The Go Blue Awards Luncheon recognizes and awards four individuals and one business or nonprofit that have promoted, implemented or contributed to a “blue” lifestyle.
The awards honor marine conservation and people and organizations who have made significant contributions to improve and protect oceans, beaches and wildlife.
To nominate a person or business, visit marinelife.org/bluefriends. Nominations close on Aug. 25. Finalists will be announced at the Blue Friends Society Cocktail Social on Sept. 20.
The final candidates for each award will be selected by an independent panel of judges. Winners in each category are announced during the luncheon, which will be held at the Cohen Pavilion at the Kravis Center on Oct. 26.
