In recognition of World Parkinson’s Day (April 11), the Mind, Music, & Movement Foundation for Neurological Disorders (M3F) will host free programs throughout the month.

On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, M3F will offer Dance for Fluidity, Chorus, Boxing, Yoga (as well as Caregiver Yoga), Movement & Balance, Core Strength, Mindful Meditation, and Support Groups for both members and caregivers. These classes offer an opportunity to experience the power of movement, music, and mindfulness in a welcoming and supportive environment.

These programs are designed for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s dementia, stroke, and other neurological conditions—as well as the loved ones who support them. Through engaging, evidence-based approaches, participants can boost neuroplasticity, improve movement and mobility, enhance overall mental well-being, and build meaningful connections within the community.

Programs will take place at 2726 Burns Rd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 and are open to all levels of ability. No prior experience is necessary.

To view the full schedule or to register for a free class, visit m3f.org or call (561) 510-8611.
